    Been watching the Olympics this weekend (as many of you are too!) One swimming event ended with a tie for silver; imagine all the variables that had to happen for two of the greatest swimmers to touch the wall at the exact same millisecond! This served as a reminder; even the smallest details we overlook can come back in a big way! The good news is that on your weight loss journey, it will almost never come down to the smallest details. The more advanced your goals are, the smaller the room gor error there will be. With weight loss, there’s a larger margin for error than winning an Olympic medal (obviously!) More often it’ll be a lack of consistency, intensity or knowledge that’ll prevent you from making progress. The small details can impact you, but not as much as you think they will.     Researchers found that tennis players had the biggest gains in life expectancy over sedentary individuals, adding 9.7 years to their lives. Badminton players came in second, with an average gain of 6.2 years. Followed by soccer (4.7 years), cycling (3.7 years), swimming (3.4 years), jogging (3.2 years) and low-intensity calisthenics (3.1 years).
