When I say women wear many hats, it’s not just a phrase. it’s a lived reality, proven on the international stage and in our everyday lives. As I reflect on the incredible performances at the Paris Olympic 2024, I’m reminded of my own journey. Balancing university education while nurturing a family, climbing the corporate ladder, trust me, I’ve faced my share of support system issues and building a business from the ground up, these experiences resonate deeply with the stories of these athletes.Reading report by UN Women, the Paris 2024 Olympic Games marked a historic moment with an equal number of men and women competing for the first time. This 50:50 representation made the Summer Games the first to reach gender equality, a milestone in sports history. For me, these women have thrived, broken records, and made history, all while wearing multiple hats. We have proven that no matter the challenges, women find a way to rise, to achieve, and to inspire. Their stories of dedication and triumph echo the resilience that every woman carries within her.Reflect on the corporate reality many women face today. Just as in sports, women in the workplace and entrepreneurship juggle multiple roles and responsibilities, often under intense pressure to perform. Yet, despite these challenges, women continue to excel, breaking barriers and driving innovation in every industry. Here’s to the women on multiple platforms, proving that we can do it all and then some. Juggling my day, writing a LinkedIn post while running a business on the busiest day of the week. Happy Monday!#Olympics2024 #WomenInSports #Empowerment #Resilience #Inspiration #GenderEquality #UNWomen #q3managementsolutions #womeninbusiness

BY AGE 40 YOU SHOULD BE SMART ENOUGH TO REALIZE THIS:1. Someone makes 10x more than you do in a 9-5 job because they have more "leverage" with their work.2. Distraction is the greatest killer of success. It stunts and destroys your brain.3. You shouldn't take advice from people who are not where you want to be in life.4. No one is coming to save your problems. Your life's 100% your responsibility.5. You don't need 100 self-help books, all you need is action and self discipline.6. Unless you went to college to learn a specific skill (ie. doctor, engineer, lawyer), you can make more money in the next 90 days just learning sales.7. No one cares about you. So stop being shy, go out and create your chances.8. If you find someone smarter than you, work with them, don't compete.9. Smoking has 0 benefit in your life. This habit will only slow your thinking and lower your focus.10. Comfort is the worst addiction and cheap ticket to depression.11. Don't tell people more than they need to know, respect your privacy.12. Avoid alcohol at all cost. Nothing worse than losing your senses and acting a fool.13. Keep your standards high and don't settle for something because it's available.14. The family you create is more important than the family you come from.15. Train yourself to take nothing personally to save yourself from 99.99% of mental problems.Ctto#Copypastehttps://lnkd.in/g3x6J-8W

Powerful. Powerhouse. That’s my reaction to Ella’s Jilid Rockestra. But it was more than just a concert. For me, it was a powerful reminder of what it takes to succeed, both on stage and in business. Watching Ella and her team in perfect #harmony revealed the secret to staying on top: ‘never stop evolving.’Ella’s ability to adapt and stay #relevant over the decades is a testament to the power of #agility. She remains one of Malaysia’s finest artists, continuously keeping her performances fresh. Her band, led by the brilliant Dato’ Acis, highlighted the importance of having the #righttalent in the right roles. Every note was a result of seamless #plan and #coordination and trust—a perfect lesson in #teamwork. In business, just like in music, we can’t afford to stay stagnant. To thrive, we must keep pushing boundaries, adapt to change, and never settle. Let’s take a page from Ella’s book— #stayagile, #hirewell, and never stop #evolving. #KeepEvolving #Teamwork #Leadership #EllaJilidRockestra

With great power comes great responsibility. It’s a bit daunting to think that everyone can be a manager. Our recent staff lunches were a moment of gratitude after months of hardship, and we planned to celebrate Athirah Izzati, but she couldn’t make it due to family matters.During this time, we came to understand the true meaning of responsibility, especially when you’re part of a committee or leadership team. As a leader, you rely heavily on having competent people by your side. While #skills and #knowledge can be taught, true #ability - well, that’s something much harder to come by. And let’s be honest, not everyone is coachable.Managing #performance goes beyond just identifying issues. It’s about recognizing that while some team members are eager to grow and learn, others might struggle despite the best efforts to #coach them. That’s where a leader’s judgment comes into play, knowing when to invest in someone’s development and when it’s time to make tough calls.Responsibility doesn’t stop at pointing out problems; it starts with finding the right people and giving them the support they need to thrive. Surround yourself with a team that’s ready to rise to the occasion, tackle challenges head-on, and #grow together. That’s how we build a #resilient and successful organization.#Leadership #Competency #PerformanceManagement #TeamBuilding #ContinuousImprovement #q3managementsolutions #sustainability #businessandmanagement

Thank you Berita Harian, for covering the Malaysian Employment Laws Conference 2024 (MELC2024) recently. As YB Senator Dato' Nelson Renganathan highlighted, the employer-employee relationship is crucial, especially in the context of Work From Home (WFH) policies.#MELC2024 sparked insightful discussions on employment law, emphasizing the importance of a harmonious relationship between employers and employees. While WFH offers incredible flexibility, it’s essential to reserve this privilege for those who can effectively plan, focus, and take full ownership of their responsibilities. One of the key takeaways from #MELC2024 for me was the power of customer experience. Coming from customer service background and transitioning into HR, I’ve always believed that the way we interact with our customer, the personalization and focus we bring to those interactions should never be compromised.1) Put customers in mind, and our processes will naturally find structure. 2) When we put a plan in place, our execution becomes seamless. It’s a simple formula, but it works every time.At the end of the day, whether we’re dealing with customers or employees, a thoughtful, structured approach leads to success.I told Ng Wei Wen, I was taking a photo to update the CEO, and here we are! Thank you for coming. #MELC2024 #CustomerExperience #HR #Leadership #ProcessImprovement #HRconsulting #q3managementsolutions
