• The Sparhawk template uses some CSS code to achieve that custom look and feel, but you do not need to know how to code to use the template. The Launch course that comes with the template includes detailed video tutorials that show you how to customize the template, including adding your brand colors and fonts in the CSS code. It's easy, I promise!

  And don't forget that the template comes with 90 days of email support, so if you have any issues, submit a support ticket and I'll be happy to help you out.

• It varies, but if you already have your brand fonts, colors, etc. picked out, you should be able to customize and launch the template in just a few hours.

• The template comes with 90 days of free email support if you need technical support. For more advanced support (design, strategy, etc.) you can hire one of our trusted design partners.

• If you’re a designer and you want to use this template as a base for a client project, be my guest! You will need to purchase a new license for every website you build using this design, and you are required to retain the site credit page with a link to our website.

• Within 48 hours of purchase, the template will be transferred to your Squarespace account as a new trial website. You will receive an email when this happens. If you don’t have a Squarespace account yet, you will have the opportunity to create one—no need to do this in advance!

• Due to the digital nature of Squarespace templates, we do not offer refunds. Please make sure you read all of the information on the sales page before purchasing!

• The template will be transferred to your Squarespace account as a new trial website. You can customize the template without disrupting your current website. When you're ready to launch your new website, simply transfer your domain name from your old site, cancel your old Squarespace plan, and sign up for a new plan on the new site.

  You can contact Squarespace support for a refund on any time not used on your old annual plan and you will receive 20% discount on your new annual plan. The Launch Course includes a tutorial on how to transfer or connect your domain name.
