Juanita Faye Larney February 1, 1947 February 4, 2023 Juanita Faye Larney, born February 1, 1947, passed on February 4, 2023, at home in Hen- ryetta at the age of 76. Anita was born in Tex- as to Blanche (Keaton) Stokes.
Anita is preceeded in death by her son Duane Lipe and Moth- er Blanche Stokes. While married to her father, she was able to travel around being he was in the Navy. She loved traveling and went on several cruises in her later years. She enjoyed being outside and gar- dening, collecting Na- tive American mem- orabilia and turquoise jewelry and spending time with her family, especially her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also loved her two dogs Jasper and Lucy dearly.
She was also a member of First Free- will Baptist Church in Henryetta. Anita is survived by her husband Danny Larney of the home in Henryetta, Her sons Jimmy and wife Donna of Windsor, Tim and wife Loree of Clin- ton, Mo. and her sister Sue and Husband Pee- Wee (Delmar) Lewis of Wetumka and sever- al siblings. She is also survived by children Tol, Ty, Will, Jesse, Jodi and Dani; children Tallisa, Ashley, TJ, Megan, and Matt; children Nichole, Amber, Min- dy and Brittany; along with 19 great grand- children. 13 The 13th annual Ok- mulgee County Storm Spotter Training is set for Monday, Feb. 13, at 7 p.m. This free training pro- gram is presented by the Tulsa office of the National Weather Ser- vice and will be held at the Muscogee Nation Mound Building (Dis- trict Court Building), located at 2500 fa*gle St. in Okmulgee.
