Horrible experience. No place clearly designated to meet. No one showed up no call or email. I called the office and all recording was in Polish. Found a helpful Polish speaker at hotel across the street. She called for me. After giving all my details including phone number and booking number I never heard from Express after that nor any car or driver showed up for over an hour. Had to book a different rental car service.In response to Express below. I only received an initial email confirming the rental date and time with location of the Warsaw central train station no exact place in a very large location. No signs, persons vehicles etc.. with Express indicated anywhere. I never received a call even after having a Polish speaker call and leave my name and number. If the voiceover recording is in Polish as it is how could I have known to press 5 to get an English version? There are numerous similar reviews specifically for that location so there is a problem that should be addressed.
You really need a more specific place to meet the driver, and the driver should have a sign, a big red umbrella, anything so it is easy to find each other.I waited more than 12 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. Then 10 more minutes on the phone giving them all the information they already have. Finally the driver was able to call me and asked all the same information they asked on the phone!You need to be more organized, and if your business model has no storefront, you have to pick up the phone fast, people coming from abroad cannot call so long.Car is fine, driver and person on the phone were nice, but your system is terrible. Good luck.

This car service is scam. They charged me money, but I did not get the car. They were supposed to show up near Warsaw railway station, but nobody was there. They don't have office and their phone number is not answering. Trip is totally ruined. Informed booking.com also have to inform polish police. Stay away from them.
