Wednesday, February 9

4:14 a.m. Suspicious Person in Pioneer. Male subject dressed in camouflage is walking on Meadow Vista.

4:59 a.m. Suspicious Person in Jackson Valley. In front of the store, caller advising when she drove by the store a male subject in his 20s, black shirt, black hat who appeared to be hiding behind the ice machine.

10:00 a.m. Found Property Report in Pioneer. Caller at residence, found empty mail packages along the road addressed to multiple people.

11:08 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. 17 year-old daughter punched her father in the face and tried to stab him with a screwdriver.

11:23 a.m. Welfare Check in Martell. Elderly male subject, black shirt and jeans with a hospital armband seems confused. Does not have money to pay for gas. Subject is rambling about Ione Police Department taking all his money.

12:27 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Occurred at 7 a.m., caller states manager was verbal with her this morning after allowing her to stay the night after the eviction.

2:57 p.m. Violation of Domestic Violence Restraining Order in Fiddletown. Caller states neighbor contacted them stating known subject is currently at the residence with his girlfriend and two other people. Subjects have possibly been drinking or are on drugs. Subject has been served a restraining order and is not allowed to be at the residence. Caller would like contact.

3:40 p.m. Violation of Domestic Violence Restraining Order in Pioneer. Caller states known female subject contacted her 14 year-old son via Instagram.

5:22 p.m. Extra Patrol in Pioneer. Male subject, dark hair, approximately 190 pounds, in his 50s. associated with a silver 4-door car, has been sleeping at the end of the caller’s driveway near locked gate with a No Trespassing sign on gate. Caller made contact with subject today and told him to leave, subject complied but caller is concerned the subject will come back tonight and make a fire on the property. Caller lives out of area and the residence is vacant.

7:10 p.m. Welfare Check in Jackson Valley. Caller unable to get a hold of known subject for days. Caller has knocked on his home door for a few days with no answer. Subject is battling depression, unknown if he is on prescription medications. Caller requesting contact with a deputy.

8:17 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Jackson Valley. Caller is receiving unwanted text messages from her drunk husband, wants it documented and assistance on how to get him to stop.

Thursday, February 10

8:05 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Martell. Subject had a battery charging on an exterior wall at the listed location last night. Per caller, an employee removed the battery and now they are unsure of where it was placed. Subject has returned and is upset his battery is gone. Caller asked the subject to leave but he is refusing. Caller requesting law enforcement assistance. Subject is male, tan jacket and blue jeans. Subject was last seem walking away from customer service toward the side parking area of the building.

8:36 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Jackson Valley. Treasurer for the board has been taking tax money from the organization for at least 12 months. Subject has been taking $1,000 or more. Caller would like to file a report.

10:26 a.m. Grand Theft in Martell. Caller’s red Predator 9500 Generator was taken from the listed location sometime during the night. Per caller, approximate value is $3,000. Caller does not have any suspect information and would like to file a report.

10:34 a.m. Burglary in Pioneer. Occurred three weeks ago or more, caller is selling the listed residence. Caller’s neighbor noticed the basem*nt door was pried open and removed. Caller also has a shed that had multiple panels removed to gain entry. Caller is unsure if anything was taken and is currently not a the location.

11:06 a.m. Violation of Court Order in Ione. Caller believes his landlord tampered with his vehicle to prevent him from leaving sometime during the night.

3:13 p.m. Suspicious Person in Pioneer. Subject behind the address is cutting up downed trees. Per caller, she is unsure if he lives there or not and subject will not answer the caller. Caller finds it suspicious since she is being ignored by the subject.

3:31 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Jackson. Female subject showed up at the hospital advising staff she was drugged last night or early this morning and assaulted. Went two Redhawk Casino with two male subjects last night, unsure exactly where the assault took place due to being drugged. Caller is currently at hospital has male subjects names.

5:19 p.m. Illegal Dumping in Jackson. East side of building under solar panels. Male subject in a black 4 door GMC. Subject is throwing trash out of vehicle and onto the property.

5:44 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Pine Grove. Caller has questions about laws regarding drone usage and privacy concerns.

5:57 p.m. Suspicious Persons and Vehicle in Martell. Three vehicles parked at the end of the road occupied by multiple male subjects. Caller stating he saw them looking over the embankment into caller’s property and is worried they are casing his business.

6:10 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Pioneer. Caller’s boyfriend is being mean to her over relationship problems they have been having. Requesting a deputy to ask him to settle down before things get out of hand.

6:24 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Occurred approximately at 2 p.m. on February 9. Physical altercation. Caller’s daughter and fiancé were in a physical altercation with the caller. Caller states she has bruises, did not want to report it yesterday, but was advised by her family to report it today. Declining medical.

10:24 p.m. Suspicious Person in Ione. 8 minutes ago, male subject, dark hair, flannel shirt and jeans, showed up at the residence banging on the door, saying he knew someone who used to live at the address, then attempted to get water. Acted like he was on drugs, or has been drinking, unknown if he has weapons. Left on foot towards Highway 88, possibly eastbound.

Friday, February 11

2:36 a.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller states her 8 year-old granddaughter is staying with her other grandmother and called stating she is terrified and wanting to run away. Caller unable to provide further info. Caller advised her not to leave the residence until contacted by law enforcement.

5:21 a.m. Suspicious Person in Jackson Valley. Caller states a male subject wearing all black is pushing a bicycle. Caller found it odd due to the time and fact subject was pushing, not riding, the bicycle. Unknown if subject has been drinking, is on drugs, or if he has weapons.

7:10 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Pioneer. Approximately 5 subjects on the caller’s property cutting trees. Per the caller, no one asked permission to be on his property. Caller does not mind them cutting the trees, but would like them to ask.

7:49 a.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson Valley. Caller states neighbor abandoned his property and now an elderly male is there taking items. Associated with a silver Pontiac 4-door. Unknown if subject has been drinking, is on drugs, or if he has weapons.

8:08 a.m. Welfare Check in Jackson Valley. Caller’s girlfriend is making suicidal statements saying she will use a knife. She is in the bathtub right now.

9:30 a.m. Grand Theft in Ione. Caller states an unknown subject got her unemployment card information and spent $3,200.

9:37 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Plymouth. Caller states they found a book that her husband was having sexual relations with multiple underage girls and drinking while teaching and driving.

10:42 a.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Martell. Brown GMC Jimmy parked out in the parking lot. Caller was told by Sheriff they would tag the vehicle for removal today.

11:34 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Pine Grove. 3 male subjects, dressed nicely pulled up in a white SUV possibly a Toyota and then left the vehicle in caller’s driveway and walked down the road.

12:04 p.m. Forgery in Pioneer. Caller’s identity was used to change his address from his bank accounts to somewhere in Miami and multiple accounts were opened in his name.

1:38 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. 911 open line, female came to line and said she did not need medical or law enforcement but sounded panicked.

5:42 p.m. Welfare Check in Jackson Valley. Caller would like a deputy to check on her daughter due to her father picking her up.

7:03 p.m. Theft of Property in Kirkwood. Caller lost her phone sometime during the day and now it is showing its location at the above address. Caller has attempted to call with no luck.

7:55 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Jackson Valley. Caller states there is a bounty hunter named Austin McDonald in his residence holding a handgun. Felony arrest.

11:15 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Martell. Caller is an employee, states a transient man with a backpack is at the employee picnic tables talking to himself. Unknown if he has weapons, has been drinking, or is on drugs.

11:26 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Ione. Caller states she lent her vehicle to a subject in Oregon who then took the vehicle to California. Caller sates the subject called her today to say “the cops are going to tow vehicle.” Caller requesting we make a note of her vehicle so that if it is towed, she can send AAA to pick it up instead of having it impounded.

Saturday, February 12

1:28 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Jackson Valley. Caller states a male subject, gray sweatshirt, pants, got out of an American flag painted sedan. Subject is walking with boots half off. Caller finds it odd due to the time of night.

2:33 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Pioneer. Caller states she can see a flashlight down by her white Ford pickup and a 5th wheel. Caller states they have had gas stolen previously.

3:32 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Pioneer. Caller states approximately 3 minutes ago she heard a loud bang that set off her car alarm. Caller does not see anything.

7:54 a.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. Male subject with an orange backpack, black jacket, and a gray hoodie is walking round the other side of the street. Caller stating that the alarm to his business went off earlier this evening and he thinks the subject is possibly responsible.

9:29 a.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller would like a deputy to check on her daughter stated no one contacted her last night. Caller believes her daughter is in danger due to her father’s history of domestic abuse.

10:39 a.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. Occurred at 5:30 a.m. Known subject attempted to steal aluminum cans from one of the other tenants last night. Subject is not allowed on the property and she was told to call law enforcement if he ever came back on property.

12:53 p.m. Threat Crime with Intent to Terrorize in Plymouth. Caller’s neighbor left caller’s husband a voicemail stating that he was going to shoot their whole family. Caller believes subject is upset over her reporting him for neglecting his dog.

2:41 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Pine Grove. Red truck occupied by a male subject is driving around the neighborhood, parking in front of residences, and driving slowly back and forth.

3:33 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Jackson. Caller stating that female in a dark blue bandanna, blue dress, walked onto caller’s property and said that she was on the run and people were after her. Subject wanted to go inside the caller’s house and did not want him to call 911.

4:50 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Pioneer. Caller reporting that her sister told the caller that the caller’s boyfriend had touched her in places — occurred a few nights ago at listed address. All parties are still at the listed location.

4:58 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Plymouth. Occurred at 10 a.m., caller states neighbor texted caller that he has the caller on video breaking his bong and subject is threatening to shoot the caller.

5:02 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller heard a male voice yelling for “Help” as caller was doing landscaping. Caller no longer hears the subject and attempted to check the area with no results and called 911. Believes subject was possibly at listed address.

5:07 p.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. Behind the building, male, slim build, shaved head, dark jacket, tan pants, was previously in front of the store looking through cars - now he’s behind the building. Unknown if subject has weapons, has been drinking, or is on drugs.

Sunday, February 13

1:08 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Jackson. Caller called stating someone was knocking on the walls of the house. Knocking has now stopped. No persons or vehicles seen. Caller does not need contact, but would like a deputy to patrol the area and check.

2:35 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson. Verbal altercation, subject now in garage, red sweater and blue jeans, carrying a knife on right thigh.

6:12 a.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Pine Grove. 2 minutes ago, heard 8 shots fired toward Tabeaud then what sounded like a vehicle speeding off. Unknown direction, nothing seen.

8:34 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Male subject, brown vest, refusing to leave the premises. Subject is possibly on drugs.

10:50 a.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller’s neighbor has keys to the residence, caller’s mother called stating she is in pain, cannot walk, and does not want to live anymore. Front door will be locked, but would like a deputy to check on her. Unknown if she has weapons, has been drinking, or is on drugs.

2:52 p.m. Barking Dog in Jackson Valley. Neighbors dogs have been barking for the past two hours.

3:58 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Pine Grove. 5-6 shots in a row, unknown caliber.

7:38 p.m. Suspicious Person in Jackson. Male subject sitting on the side of the roadway is attempting to set fire to the grass. Caller saw a small flame.

8:09 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Pioneer. Caller advising ongoing issue with alarm sounding the last two days. Unsure where on campus it is coming from.

8:10 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Jackson Valley. Loud explosion in the area. No flames seen.

Monday, February 14

7:51 a.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Known subject, 80 year-old, was drinking last night and did not come to pick up her husband at the hospital at 10 p.m. Now not answering phone.

9:19 a.m. Extra Patrol in Plymouth. Caller owner, states recent issues in the last week with different transients going through trash in the evening hours.

9:33 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Physical altercation, 16 year-old bit his father and is causing damage to the room. No weapons, drugs or alcohol. Requesting medical.

9:39 a.m. Welfare Check in Plymouth. Male subject, approximately 70, long beard, tan jacket, walking with a cane along the road and stumbling.

11:23 a.m. Welfare Check in Plymouth. Male subject is laying under a tree with hubcaps. Subject is not moving.

1:46 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Jackson Valley. White older minivan driving around area came up the caller driveway. Last seen headed towards 88. Male subject, approximately 30 years-old.

3:03 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Martell. Caller was evicted last week and needs to get into room to get more belongings.

4:50 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Pioneer. Caller would like a deputy to come to the residence and obtain 3 pistols, 1 rifle, 1 pellet gun that they confiscated from known subject.

4:53 p.m. Animal Call in Pioneer. Occurred for the fourth time today, caller was walking his dog on the road and a younger pit bull mix came and attacked the caller’s dog. Pit bull belongs to known subject. Caller's dog is injured and needs stitches.

5:07 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller’s wife is visiting friends and on Friday night fell and went to the emergency room, caller has not heard from her since.

6:45 p.m. Theft of Property in Fiddletown. Caller believes his son is currently stealing hand tools from the caller’s residence. Caller not currently at residence, possible his son has put a lock on the gate.

8:40 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in New Jersey. Caller states he has received threatening text messages from the listed subject. Caller is in New Jersey and spoke with local officials, but would like to speak with Amador County Sheriff’s Office.

11:04 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Willow Creek. Caller’s son has been drinking and is possibly on drugs. He is being violent and threatening to leave the residence. Subject is in an RV on the property. No weapons.
